Bulgarian property management
Bulgarian Property Reg are now offering full property management service taking good care for your property real estates located in any area of Bulgaria and purchased using our agency services.
All our clients will be offered full management services such as:
- Monthly visits to the property and check for any humidity and/or damage;
- Testing the installations for water, electricity, gas and ensure all appliances are in working order;
- Take care of indoor and outdoor plants and keep the terrace tidy;
- Prepare the property for your/tenant's arrival;
- Arrange cleaning and airing off all the rooms once a month (7 days notice required);
- Ensure that tenants take good care of the property should you decide to rent it out;
- Ensure prevention against problems such as humidity and flooding that can occur after heavy winter snowing or raining;
- Fast, flexible, reliable service.;
- Examination of all furniture and furnishings for wear and tear;
Professional pool maintenance, including changing of chemicals, cleaning etc. provided as per the client's requirements;
- Preparation and sending of monthly report.
As your local key-holder and representative we can assist in airport pick-ups, registration with the police, the collection of keys etc.
An important part of property management services is the payment of utility bills. Bulgarian Property Reg will pay, on your behalf, all your utility and service bills such as monthly bills for electricity, water and telephone. We will send you a report every month.
If necessary, we will arrange the payment of annual municipal and local taxes.
For peace of mind regarding the security of your property in Bulgaria we can help you with the installation of security systems. On your behalf we are also able to arrange insurance cover for your bulgarian property.
We can also help you with the furnishing, refurnishing and repairs of your property such as plumbing repairs. If there is a bigger problem at your property we will, of course, e-mail you with information and advice.
For provision of these services, an annual management fee is charged which varies depending on the region and type of your property. For more details of our services and fees please contact us directly.
